Jaew mak len – smooth. is one of the most popular dips in Laos. Made with charcoal-grilled tomatoes, chillies, shallots and garlic, this flavourful relish is a great way to spice up grilled meats, fish, steamed vegetables and rice. Serve in a small side bowl as a condiment.
